The Coccia Institute for the Italian Experience in America is thrilled to announce the premiere of the second episode of 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆: 𝑨𝒏 𝑰𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚
Produced in partnership with Montclair State University School of Communication & Media, 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆 is a docuseries that explores how Italian American food—including pizza, chicken parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, and the Philadelphia cheesesteak—transformed America, and how through food Italians assimilated into American culture. 𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆 is narrated by Professor Mark Rotella, Director of the Coccia Institute and the Italian American Foodways Project at MSU.
